Wear it Multiple Ways
This is the most versatile piece! Use the seam as your guide. Move the seam to the back and it's "topper style" - shorter in the front and longer in the back. Move the seam down either of your arms and you have an asymmetrical poncho - which is very lengthening and slenderizing. Move the seam to the front and you have a v-neck that is longer in the front and shorter in the back. Then you can take the long tails in the front and tie them in the back around your waist. That makes for a very youthful sexy look. Take a look at our video and see how we change the poncho around.
Cleaning
Hand washing or dry cleaning is recommended.
When hand washing, use lukewarm water and a mild soap or shampoo. Gently work the suds into the fabric and rinse thoroughly.
When drying the garment, gently squeeze excess water out or lightly roll in a clean towel.
Lay your garment flat in its natural shape to dry completely before storing.
Storing
Clean your sweaters before storing as moths are attracted to natural fibers, especially when soiled.
It is best to fold your garment and store on a shelf or in a drawer.
De-pilling
Should natural pilling occur, use a Sweater Stone or Sweater Comb.
Gently run the stone along the affected areas in one direction. The pumice material will help lift pills occasionally caused by regular wear, often in areas of high friction.

We offer FREE standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States over $100.00. A shipping fee will be added to sales under $100.00.
You also have the option of 2nd Day or Next Day shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping will only be delivered on business days - Monday - Friday. Orders for 2nd Day or Next Day placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. The price is quoted for one item. If you order multipe items the shipping price will increase accordingly. We will contact you with the revised expedited price. We offer shipping in Alaska and Hawaii - rates will be displayed at check out.
Returns
We are committed to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
possible. If you are displeased in any way please contact us. We will try to
resolve any issues that may occur.
In the event an item(s) is returned,
shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not pay for return shipping. You can of course ship it back on your own via USPS, UPS or FEDEX, or you can request a shipping label to be emailed to you. If we email you a shipping label you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
If you are returning an item for a
refund we will subtract the shipping fee from your refund.
If you are returning an item for an exchange we will send you an e-invoice to pay prior to shipping the
item back to you. For items on sale or under the $100 minimum free shipping
requirement - the return shipping and the exchange shipping are your both responsibility.

You have 14 days from the date you received your package to return your items to Paula & Chlo to receive a refund. The package must arrive to our facility within the 14 day period or you will be issued a store credit. You have 30 days from the date your item arrived (verified by your tracking information) to return your order to Paula & Chlo for a store credit. After the 30 day period, it becomes non-returnable.
For an item to be eligible for a return:
The merchandise must be in new, unused, original condition.
The product(s) will
be inspected upon receipt. The merchandise must have all the original tags attached,
all original packaging, that were included in the original shipment. We do not accept returns in mailer bags. If we find your item has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and
we will ship it back to you.
We do not accept returns on Perfume, Cosmetics, Soaps or Body Luxuries.
