Is there a Paula or Chlo?

Yes. Paula started Paula & Chlo in 2012. Chlo is short for Chloë. Chloë is Paula’s Australian shepherd.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes from one to four business days. Feel free to call us for more specific details.

 

I need help choosing a cashmere color. Can someone help me?

Of course! We have a cashmere color expert to answer your questions and help you choose           the color that’s right for you. Just give us a call 888-980-8989

 

What do you charge for shipping? Shipping is Free within the US 48- States if your order is $75.00 or more. The $75.00 total is calculated without sales tax and discounts. If you choose expedited shipping there is an extra charge. It varies on the location you are shipping to. Once you enter your shipping information and your order, the charge will be computed for you.

 

Do you have expedited shipping options? Yes. We offer UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air. You will be given the option of Free shipping, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Please choose the option that works for you and the additional shipping charge will be added to your cart.

 

If I place my order on Friday and choose the next day option, when will my package arrive? It will not be delivered until the next business day, which is Monday.

 

What’s the difference between the Claudia Nichole dress topper and the Caroline Grace dress topper? They are both made by the same company. It is the exact same style but the Claudia Nichole topper is in 100% cashmere and the Caroline Grace is a 95% Cotton 5% Cashmere blend. They do have different color choices as well.

 

If I don’t like the color of my topper can I exchange it for another color? Of course. You have 30 days from the date of its’ arrival to return it to our warehouse. It must be in new, unused condition with all the tags and packaging intact. If the tags are removed it is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.

 

What is your return policy?

Returns
We are committed to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. If you are displeased in any way please contact us. We will try to resolve any issues that may occur. In the event an item(s) is returned, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 14 days from the date you received your package to return your items to Paula & Chlo to receive a refund. The package must arrive to our facility within the 14 day period or you will be issued a store credit. You have 30 days from the date your item was shipped (which is the date and time we send you your tracking notification) to return your order to Paula & Chlo for a store credit. After the 30 day period it becomes non-returnable.

For an item to be eligible for a return:
The merchandise must be in new, unused, original condition. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. The merchandise must have all the original tags, all original packaging, including the plastic bag, and or boxes that were included in the original shipment. Please DO NOT REMOVE manufactures packaging on zipper pulls, handles, shoulder straps, and hardware covering. If the packaging or tags are removed, we will not accept the item for return. If we find your item has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on that item.
We do not accept returns on Perfume, Cosmetics, Soaps or Body Luxuries.

Paula & Chlo Return Label
We offer a UPS label to ensure easy returns. We do not pay for return shipping. If you choose to use our UPS label you will be charged a minimum of $5.95. Most return charges are $9.95 per item but may be more. This cost is based on the size, weight, and value of the item / package along with your location. Our return charge is based on the UPS charge for its return. The return shipping charge will be deducted from your return amount. If you do not wish to use our label, please send your package back via whichever carrier is most convenient for you. You are responsible for your returns. If for any reason your return does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, you are responsible and you will not receive a refund. We recommend you track and insure your package.
Returns received after the 30 day return deadline will be RETURNED TO SENDER at your expense.
Credit will not be issued for return shipping charges.
Postage Due or COD Returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at your expense.
If your purchase was shipped internationally, please contact us before you ship anything back as customs and other problems may arise.
Once we receive your return and approve the condition of the item, we will issue the refund to your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. We can only issue refunds on your original method of payment. Returns are normally processed within 3-5 days after arriving at our fulfillment center. Credits normally take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement

I purchased a item that was marked as a final sale. Can I still return it?

Items listed as Final Sale - are a Final Sale! Returns, Exchanges, Price Adjustments or cancellations will not be permitted. No exceptions! Items may not be returned.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship Internationally to most areas. Shipping rates are displayed at the time of checkout. If your order exceeds our weight or value limitations - (perhaps you purchased multiple items), there may be an additional shipping charge. If this is the case, we will contact you for your approval. If your shipping destination is not listed, please feel free to email us for a shipping quote. Email us at info@paulaandchlo.com . International customers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other charges that may incur on all purchases. We reserve the right not to ship to certain areas. Our shipping times will vary depending on Customs. We cannot control the length of time Customs may hold a package. Accordingly, shipping times are not certain because of possible Custom delays. Any international returns will be returned at the buyer’s expense, including all return customs and or additional charges or taxes that incur from the return. The United States Postal Service does not give the option of a signature required at the time of delivery on international orders. 

 

 If I give a topper as a gift, can the recipient exchange it if she doesn’t like it?

Of course! The return is bound by our return policies. As long as the return meets the requirements of our return policy, we will exchange the topper for another color or they can apply the credit to their account. If the recipient would like to exchange it, we will send it Free of charge. A UPS label is included with the package. If that label is used it is a usually a $9.95 charge for use of the label. We will ship it back free of charge.

 

I’m tiny will the Claudia Nichole Topper work for me too?

The topper is a one size fits most. I really does fit most people – it just fits everyone a bit differently. If you are small it will longer and more generous on you. If you a 2x or 3x, it will fit you too. It’s just going to be a bit shorter.

 

One size fits all kaftans – I’m a 2x will they fit me?

They will fit size 2 up to a 3x, but very differently. They will be much longer on the size 2 person than the 3 x person. BUT that’s not a deal breaker. Most of the kaftans can be twisted and tied into many different styles including a top and skirt look. You can make it any length you like.

 

I am purchasing an item to give as a gift. Do you have gift wrapping?

We offer our Paula & Chlo signature packaging on all orders. If the item will fit in a gift box, it will be packaged in our black gift box with a double back satin ribbon and our matching tissue. If it does not fit into an apparel box it will be packaged in our Paula & Chlo gift bags. All at no charge to you. Our signature packaging is always Free! We will also hand-write a note for your gift. Just add that message in your order so we can take care of that for you.

 

I have to buy a gift and I need some help with finding the right thing?

No worries! We have someone that can help you find the perfect gift! Just call 888-980-8989. If your gift isn’t the “perfect” gift, the recipient can exchange it!! They have 30 days from the shipment date to return it to our warehouse. It is also bound by our return policies.
