1. About Paula & Chlo

Is there a real Paula or Chlo? Yes! Paula founded the boutique in 2012. Chlo was her beloved Australian Shepherd and our namesake. Today, her sisters Kashmir, Tuula, and Sage—our resident "wiggle butts"—carry on her legacy!

2. Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive within 1 to 4 business days. For a more specific estimate based on your location, feel free to call us.

What are your shipping charges? Standard shipping is Free within the contiguous U.S. on orders of $100 or more (calculated before tax and after discounts).

Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes, we offer UPS Next Business Day Air and Second Business Day Air. Charges are calculated at checkout. Note: Orders placed Friday before 12:00 PM EST via Next Day Air will arrive on the next business day (Monday).

What is the difference between the Alashan 100% Cashmere Topper and the Cotton-Blend Topper?
While both lines are now unified under the Alashan Cashmere brand name, they offer two distinct fabric experiences:

The 100% Cashmere Topper: Previously known as Claudia Nichole, this is our signature luxe weight. It is exceptionally soft, providing classic warmth and a cloud-like feel. It is the gold standard for year-round elegance.
The Cotton-Blend Topper: Previously known as Caroline Grace, this is a breathable 95% Cotton / 5% Cashmere blend. It offers the same iconic silhouette but with a lighter, crisper feel—perfect for warmer climates, transition seasons, or those who prefer a more structured, breezy drape.

Will "One Size" items fit me? Our toppers and kaftans are designed to be versatile. On petite frames, they appear longer and more generous; on sizes 2X–3X, they offer a chic, slightly shorter fit. Our kaftans can even be twisted and tied to adjust the length!
4. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Items in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact may be returned within 14 days for a refund or 30 days for store credit. If tags are removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Can I return "Final Sale" items? No. Items marked Final Sale are truly final. We cannot permit returns, exchanges, or price adjustments on these items.

How do gift exchanges work? We want the recipient to love their gift! They can exchange their item for another color or store credit within 30 days of shipment, provided it meets our return requirements.

5. Gifting & Packaging

Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, and it is always complimentary! Our signature packaging includes a black boutique gift box (or signature bag for larger items), matching tissue, and a double-back satin ribbon.

Can I include a gift note? Of course. We will even hand-write your message for a truly personal touch. Just add your message during the checkout process.
