Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern the use of our website and all transactions made with Paula & Chlo, LLC ("Paula & Chlo," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our site.

1. Terms Governing the Purchase of Products

All users of our website, including guests, account holders, and subscribers, are subject to these terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products and Warranties

Paula & Chlo is a reseller of premium products. We do not manufacture any of the products sold on our site. As such, we do not offer any direct warranties or guarantees. We pass along any applicable manufacturer warranties directly to the customer. While we will make every reasonable effort to help you with manufacturer claims, Paula & Chlo is not responsible for the performance or outcome of those claims and does not guarantee resolution.

3. Payments and Gift Cards

Accepted Payment Methods: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Declined Payments: If a payment is declined, your order will be canceled without processing. We recommend verifying your billing information with your bank before reattempting your order.

Gift Cards:

  • No expiration or fees.

  • Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

  • Remaining balances are stored and may be applied to future purchases.

  • Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Lost, stolen, destroyed, misdelivered, or misused cards are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or non-functioning email addresses used to send gift cards.

4. Vouchers and Promotions

  • Vouchers, promo codes, and discounts may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

  • Discounts apply to regular-priced merchandise only, unless explicitly stated.

  • If a returned item disqualifies the original order from a promotion or discount threshold (e.g., minimum purchase requirement), the value of that discount will be deducted from your refund.

  • Paula & Chlo reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice.

5. Orders and Site Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order, particularly if we suspect fraud, abuse, or resale activity. Order limits may apply per customer, per household, or per shipping address. We may contact you to verify information prior to shipping.

6. Returns and Refund Policy

Please refer to our full Shipping & Return Policy for complete instructions.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • After 14 days and up to 30 days, returns are eligible for store credit only.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns in bags, mailers, or improper packaging will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

  • A restocking fee may apply for returned goods that require repackaging.

  • Perfume, soaps, cosmetics, and body luxuries are final sale.

  • Gift cards are final sale.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a prepaid label is requested (fee will apply).

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST generally ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Expedited shipping (Second Business Day or Next Business Day) must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day shipment.

  • UPS no longer guarantees expedited services, and delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or carrier volume are outside of our control.

  • If your expedited order is delayed, we cannot refund the shipping charges.

  • Free shipping is valid on orders over $100 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations).

  • If you return part of a qualifying order and your new total falls below the threshold, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • Signature gift packaging is not included in expedited or international shipments unless requested in advance. Additional charges may apply.

8. International Shipping

  • We ship to most destinations.

  • We use Shopify Markets Pro, which collects all duties, import taxes, and fees at checkout—no surprise fees upon delivery.

  • International orders are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Route package insurance is required for international orders. Orders placed without insurance will be canceled.

  • If an international shipment is refused or returned due to failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee.

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on customs. We cannot predict or control customs delays.

  • Packages may ship without signature packaging to reduce size and weight. Please contact us prior to purchase for an upgraded packaging quote.

9. Accessibility (ADA Compliance)

10. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Paula & Chlo makes every effort to ensure product information, pricing, and images are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order affected by a pricing or description error. Colors may appear differently depending on monitor calibration and lighting.

11. User Accounts

Customers must provide accurate information at the time of account creation. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of our terms. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

12. Content Ownership & Use

All content on our site (text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and videos) is the intellectual property of Paula & Chlo LLC or licensed third parties. Use of any content without our express written permission is prohibited.

13. Customer-Generated Content

By submitting content (reviews, photos, comments) to our site or social media, you grant Paula & Chlo a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, display, edit, or share that content in marketing, advertising, and communications. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content deemed inappropriate or inaccurate.

14. Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

15. Complimentary Treat Disclaimer

As part of our packaging experience, we may include a complimentary treat (chocolate, cookie, caramel, etc.). These are sourced from third-party vendors and may contain allergens (milk, soy, gluten, nuts, etc.). Paula & Chlo is not liable for any allergic reaction or health issue resulting from the consumption of such items. If you or your recipient has a known allergy or dietary restriction, please discard the treat upon receipt.

16. Disclaimers & Limitations

No Warranty: All items are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

Limit of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including allergic reactions, missed gift occasions, or shipping delays beyond our control.

Jurisdiction: All claims must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Oakland County, Michigan. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Michigan.

Arbitration: For claims under $10,000, either party may elect non-appearance-based arbitration.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve all disputes individually. No class actions or representative suits are permitted.
