Shipping & Handling Policy

By placing an order on Paula & Chlo, you agree to the following shipping and handling policies. These policies are incorporated into our Terms of Use.

1. Order Processing

Most orders ship within 24–48 business hours.

Shipping hours are Monday–Friday (excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same business day.

Due to our rapid fulfillment process, orders generally cannot be canceled or modified once placed. In limited circumstances, cancellation requests submitted within 1 hour of order placement may be accommodated at our sole discretion. Please contact us immediately at 1-248-865-7789 if you need to make a change


2. Domestic Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on contiguous U.S. orders over $100.

Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping charge calculated at checkout.

If a return or exchange reduces the final order value below the $100 free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost incurred by Paula & Chlo LLC may be deducted from the refund.


3. Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Please note that shipping carriers (such as UPS and FedEx) have suspended guaranteed delivery dates for many services. Because carrier delays are outside of our control, expedited shipping charges are non-refundable, even if delivery occurs later than expected.

Due to weight and packaging requirements, signature gift packaging may be excluded from expedited shipments. If gift packaging is required for an expedited order, please contact our Concierge prior to purchase.

Expedited shipping rates are based on shipping a single item. Orders containing multiple items may require additional shipping charges, and we will contact you if an adjusted expedited shipping rate is needed.

Paula & Chlo is not liable for shipping delays caused by acts of God, weather events, mechanical failures, carrier strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions

 


4. Delivery, Risk of Loss & Insurance

Risk of loss and title for items purchased transfer to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Paula & Chlo LLC is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.

We strongly recommend Route Package Protection at checkout, which provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please contact info@paulaandchlo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Items must remain unworn, unused, and with all original tags intact.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us. Claims submitted without photographic documentation may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


5. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, the customer is responsible for:

• the original shipping cost
• the return shipping cost
• a 15% restocking fee

Section 6 — International Shipping:


Paula & Chlo ships internationally. The following conditions apply to all international orders:

• Duties and taxes are collected at checkout via Shopify Markets Pro. Paula & Chlo is not responsible for customs delays.
• Route Shipping Insurance is mandatory for all international orders.
• All international orders are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges.
• No cancellations are permitted once an order has departed our warehouse.
• If an international package is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
