Gift Card Terms

About Paula & Chlo Gift Cards

These Gift Card Terms apply to gift cards issued by Paula & Chlo LLC (“Paula & Chlo,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By purchasing, accepting or using a Paula & Chlo gift card, the purchaser and recipient agree to these terms.

Purchase and Delivery

Paula & Chlo gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase. The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address.

Gift cards are charged in United States dollars. Discounts and promotional codes do not apply to the purchase of gift cards unless expressly stated otherwise.

Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible merchandise available at paulaandchlo.com. Enter the gift card code during checkout.

If the purchase total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method accepted at checkout. Any unused balance will remain available on the gift card.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Expiration Dates and Fees

Paula & Chlo gift cards do not expire. We do not charge inactivity, dormancy or service fees for possessing or using a gift card.

Returns and Refunds

Gift card purchases are final and are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

When merchandise purchased with a gift card is eligible for a return, the applicable refund will generally be credited back to a gift card or issued as store credit, subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Lost, Stolen or Misused Gift Cards

Treat gift cards like cash. Paula & Chlo is not responsible for a gift card that is lost, stolen or used without authorization.

If you believe a gift card has been lost, stolen or used without permission, contact us promptly. We may, at our discretion and after verifying satisfactory proof of purchase and the gift card’s remaining balance, cancel the affected code and issue a replacement for the remaining unused balance.

Errors, Fraud and Unauthorized Activity

Paula & Chlo may refuse, suspend or cancel a gift card when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized use, a technical or pricing error or other misuse. This provision does not limit rights available under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Gift Card Terms from time to time. Changes will not reduce the valid balance of a previously purchased gift card or impose a retroactive expiration date or fee, except where permitted by applicable law.
