These Promotion Terms apply to the promotional offers described below and are offered by Paula & Chlo LLC ("Paula & Chlo," "we," "us" or "our"). By using a promotional code, the customer agrees to these Promotion Terms and any additional conditions disclosed with the applicable offer.
General Promotion Conditions
Unless the specific offer states otherwise:
Promotional offers are available only to eligible customers and apply only to eligible merchandise.
Only one promotional code or discount may be applied to an order.
Promotional codes have no cash value, may not be sold or transferred and cannot be applied to a previous purchase.
Gift cards, taxes, shipping charges and other non-merchandise charges do not count as eligible merchandise and are not discounted.
Sale merchandise and other designated products, styles or collections may be excluded. Applicable exclusions will be identified in the offer, on the product page or at checkout.
Each new-subscriber offer is limited to one qualifying first order per customer. Creating multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses to obtain additional first-order discounts is prohibited.
If eligible merchandise is returned, any refund or store credit will be based on the amount actually paid after the discount, subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
Offers are void where prohibited and are subject to product availability.
New Email Subscriber Offer - 15% Off
Eligible Offer
A new email subscriber may receive 15% off the subscriber's first eligible merchandise order by using the designated promotional code at checkout. No minimum purchase is required.
Exclusions
Gift cards and Raffaello Rossi pants are excluded. Sale merchandise and other designated products, styles or collections may also be excluded, as disclosed in the offer, on the product page or at checkout.
Limitations
The offer is limited to one use and one qualifying first order per customer. It cannot be combined with the Raffaello Rossi new-subscriber offer or with any other discount or promotional code.
Raffaello Rossi New Email Subscriber Offer - $15 Off Each Eligible Pair
Eligible Offer
A new email subscriber may receive $15 off each eligible pair of Raffaello Rossi pants included in the subscriber's first order by using the designated Raffaello Rossi promotional code at checkout. The offer is not limited to Candy Pants. No minimum purchase is required.
Exclusions
Gift cards are excluded. Sale merchandise and other designated Raffaello Rossi products, styles or collections may be excluded, as disclosed in the offer, on the product page or at checkout.
Limitations
The offer is limited to one qualifying first order per customer, but the $15 discount applies separately to each eligible pair of Raffaello Rossi pants included in that order. It cannot be combined with the 15% new-email-subscriber offer or with any other discount or promotional code.
No Stated Expiration Date
These offers currently have no stated expiration date. Paula & Chlo may modify, suspend or discontinue an offer at any time, subject to applicable law. A modification or discontinuation will not affect an eligible order that was completed and accepted before the change took effect.
Errors, Misuse and Enforcement
Paula & Chlo may reject or cancel a promotional code or order when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, an unauthorized code, a technical or pricing error, or conduct inconsistent with these Promotion Terms. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Returns and Other Policies
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. These Promotion Terms supplement our Terms of Use. If a specific promotional disclosure conflicts with these general terms, the more specific disclosure controls for that promotion, except where prohibited by applicable law.
